I normally get about 400 MBps download speed connected to the VPN and 800 MBps without VPN.

ease of use and extreme security since having installed had no cyber illegal intrusions and very secure program

The VPN works good so far whatever server I've been connecting. No interruptions, servers were always available and speed has been good.
One point though for an improvement: on my MacBook, if it goes on the "sleep mode" while VPN is connected, after the restart VPN is not reacting on the interface and not working, just "hanging". This is not convenient.

This is a really good vpn with a lot of options and suggestions for what you need out of one

They took way too much money out of my account and I'm in the process of trying to get it back. This is not a good service.

Service didn't work as well I hoped, which is fair. What's not fair is the difficulty to be issued my refund after my trial. Still waiting for it.

I ordered a 3-year subscription.
After 6 months I was unable to login into my account. I tried the steps that the support center suggested. It took more than a month. And I had to relay my problem over and over. After one month I decided to subscribe to another VPN client. I have never gotten a refund from Cyberghost for the remaining 2 and a half years. So I can't say I'm pleased with the software or the service.

It's early day's (2 infect) but from what I've seen in thoughs 2 days a lot of my Hacker problems I had with other Anti Virus programs and there has been lot's of them have disappeared.

Absolute waste of money, it never works properly. It freezes several times a day and it's full of bugs. I had to erase it and reinstall it 20 times already.

Reliable, secure and very easy to handle. Amazing customer support and a fair price value for money. Been using CyberGhost since 2017 and can recommend it without a doubt.

Great VPN, also great customer service. I had a problem integrating by account so bought a second subscription. I asked for my first subscription to be refundended under the 45 day guarantee and received the funds withing a few days. Excellent company.

Awful customer service. Password reset does not work as they never send out recovery email.

It is impossible to gain access to account. I have asked several times to cancel the accoutn but they wont. I have provided several screen shots of bank statements as requested yet still not good enough.

Will have to now cancel directly with the bank and report for fraud

My system is always in great shape. Never had any issues on viruses and threat is always been blocked. Great and reliable Protection for couple of years now. More power to you!!!.
